- Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments free of charge if done at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled time. - For cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 6 hours in advance, please contact the shop directly by phone to discuss accommodations. - No-shows or late cancellations (less than 6 hours before the appointment) will be charged 100% of the service booked.
